8. The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on RonKastner.com and through your use of RonKastner.com. RonKastner.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in RonKastner.com’s sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

Repeat Infringers 

RonKastner.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any user or uploader for actual or apparent infringement of intellectual property rights. RonKastner.com will terminate, under appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or up-loaders who are repeat copyright infringers

V. GENERAL INFORMATION.

The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and RonKastner.com, governs your use of RonKastner.com and supersedes any prior agreements between you and RonKastner.com. The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and RonKastner.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Please report any violations of the Terms of Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new feature that supplements or enhances the current RonKastner.com sites or services, shall be subject to these Terms of Service. You understand and agree that RonKastner.com is provided “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTIES, and that RonKastner.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
